Common use of Compliance with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Legal Requirements and Insurance Requirements. Subject to the terms of Article XIII relating to permitted contests, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (i) comply with all material Legal Requirements (including without limitation all Environmental Laws), and all Insurance Requirements relating to the Properties, including the use, development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and restoration thereof, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of any Property, and (ii) procure, maintain and comply with all material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of any Property and for the use, development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.

The Lessor agrees to take such actions as may be reasonably requested by the Lessee in connection with the compliance by the Lessee of its obligations under this Section 9.1.

Subject to the terms of Article XIII XIV relating to permitted contests, during the Basic Term, Lessee, at its sole cost and expense, shall (ia) comply with all material Legal Requirements (including without limitation all Environmental Laws), ) and all Insurance Requirements relating to the PropertiesProperty, including the use, development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment repair and restoration thereof, whether or not compliance therewith shall require structural or extraordinary changes in the Improvements or interfere with the use and enjoyment of any the Property, and (iib) procure, maintain and comply with all material licenses, permits, orders, approvals, consents and other authorizations required for the construction, use, maintenance and operation of any the Property and for the use, development, construction, operation, maintenance, repair and restoration of the Improvements.
