Compliance with Legislation and Policies. 21.13.1. In this clause 21.13: legislation of the Commonwealth of Australia, or of a State, Territory or local authority. 21.13.2. The Recipient agrees to comply with any Legislation applicable to its performance of this Agreement. 21.13.3. The Recipient agrees, in carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, to comply with any of the Commonwealth’s policies as notified, referred or made available by the Commonwealth to the Recipient (including by reference to an internet site), including those listed in Item J.
