Compliance with Licences. The Company and the Members agree that: (a) the Company shall conduct its affairs so as to comply with its obligations under this Agreement and so as to support each Member who holds a licence under section 8 of the Railways Act which contains either of the Licence Conditions in complying with the Licence Conditions applicable to membership of the Company (as amended from time to time); (b) any Member who holds a licence under section 8 of the Railways Act which contains either of the Licence Conditions shall be entitled to require the Company and the other Members (to the extent that it is within their power to do so) to take such steps as may be necessary in order to enable that Member to comply with any provisional or final order made by the XXX under section 55 of the Railways Act in respect of those paragraphs of the relevant Licence Condition applicable to membership of the Company.
