Compliance with Local Zoning and Building Laws. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement or state law, any facilities, buildings or structures located, constructed or caused to be constructed by the Authority within the territory of the Authority shall comply with the General Plan, zoning and building laws of the local jurisdiction within which the facilities, buildings or structures are constructed.

  • General Compliance with Laws Consultant will keep fully informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect those employed by Consultant, or in any way affect the performance of the Services by Consultant.
