COMPLIANCE WITH NATIONAL DATA PROTECTION LAWS. 3.1 Each of the Collective Parties confirms that it is and will continue to be compliant with the Data Protection Laws in force from time to time in respect of its Processing of Agreement Personal Data, at all times during the Term of the Agreement, and that, in respect of its Processing of Agreement Personal Data, it maintains a valid registration with its national Supervisory Authority, to the extent required by Data Protection Laws, including the payment of any applicable fees, which covers the Processing of the relevant Personal Data, including Agreement Personal Data.
