Compliance with other Covenants. The foregoing provisions of Sections 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7 shall not be deemed to waive, qualify or otherwise limit Borrower’s obligation to comply (or cause the compliance with) the other covenants set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including, without limitation, those covenants relating to OFAC and ERISA matters).
