Compliance with Other Laws. In the performance of this Contract, Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those listed in Attachments B, C, and D. Subrecipient is deemed to know and understand all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations affecting its performance under this Contract.
