Debarment. The Contractor certifies that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction (contract) by any governmental department or agency. This certification represents a recurring certification made at the time any Order is placed under this Master Agreement. If the Contractor cannot certify this statement, attach a written explanation for review by the Lead State.
Debarment. Contractor shall certify that neither Contractor nor its principles are presently debarred, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in the transaction by any Federal department or agency. Where Contractor as the recipient of federal funds, in unable to certify to any of the statements in the certification, Contractor must include an explanation with the bid/proposal. Debarment pending debarment, declared ineligibility or voluntary exclusion from participation by any Federal department of agency may result in the bid/proposal being deemed non-responsible.
Debarment. Subrecipient certifies that it is not debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal/State assistance programs in accordance with 29 CFR Part 98.
Debarment. Contractor certifies that it is not presently nor has ever been debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by any governmental department or agency, whether international, national, state, or local. Contractor must notify the State Entity within thirty (30) days if debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in any contract by any governmental entity during this Contract.
Debarment. You represent and warrant that you have not been debarred and will notify the Company immediately if you are debarred, pursuant to subsection 306(a) or 306(b) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Debarment. Contractor confirms that neither Contractor nor its Principals are suspended, debarred, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from the award of contracts from United States (U.S.) federal government procurement or nonprocurement programs, or are listed in the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs (xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov/) issued by the U.S. General Services Administration. “Principals” means officers, directors, owners, partners, and persons having primary management or supervisory responsibilities within a business entity (e.g. general manager, plant manager, head of a subsidiary, division or business segment, and similar positions). Contractor will provide immediate written notification to University if, at any time prior to award, Contractor learns that this certification was erroneous when submitted or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. This certification is a material representation of fact upon which reliance will be placed when University executes this Agreement. If it is later determined that Contractor knowingly rendered an erroneous certification, in addition to the other remedies available to University, University may terminate this Agreement for default by Contractor.
Debarment. Contractor certifies by signing this Agreement that neither Contractor, the organization, nor its principals are suspended or debarred or otherwise excluded from procurement by the Federal government and do not appear on the System for Award Management (XXX) exclusions list maintained by the General Services Administration (GSA).
Debarment. By signing this Contract, Contractor certifies that it is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded in any Washington State or Federal department or agency from participating in transactions (debarred). Contractor agrees to include the above requirement in any and all subcontracts into which it enters, and also agrees that it will not employ debarred individuals. Contractor must immediately notify HCA if, during the term of this Contract, Contractor becomes debarred. HCA may immediately terminate this Contract by providing Contractor written notice, if Contractor becomes debarred during the term hereof.
Debarment. Subrecipient shall execute and abide by the Debarment & Suspension Certification, attached hereto as Exhibit 2 and incorporated herein by this reference, and by so doing declares that it is not debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in Federal/State assistance programs in accordance with 29 C.F.R. Part 98.
Debarment. Grantee certifies that it is not debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this Agreement by any federal department or agency 2 CFR 200.205(a), or by the State (See 30 ILCS 708/25(6)(G)).
