Compliance with Other Laws. In its performance of this Contract, Developer, its contractors, and contractors’ Subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and city laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Developer is deemed to know of and understand all applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, those attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Attachment D). Developer shall ensure that its contractors and contractors’ Subcontractors are in compliance with this Section 8.09.
