Compliance with our policies. In addition to each of your other duties and responsibilities, you must comply with our policies and procedures, as determined by us from time to time including, in particular, the following policies and procedures: (a) Equity in Employment: We’re Committed; (b) Sexual Harassment: Off Limits; (c) Code of Conduct: Our Behavioural Guidelines and, (d) The National’s Privacy Policy You acknowledge that you have been provided with a copy of each of these policies and procedures prior to signing this Agreement.
