Compliance with Policies and Accreditation Agreements. When performing a Transaction the Reseller must comply with all Policies and Registrar Accreditation Agreements in respect of the Namespace and Registries concerned. These Polices will change from time to time, and the Reseller must familiarise itself with the contents of those documents.
