Compliance with Post-Termination Obligations. Notwithstanding any contrary provision in this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to cease providing any part of the Severance Benefits, and Employee shall be required to immediately repay the Company for any Severance Benefits already provided, but all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, if Employee does not fully comply with his post-termination covenants under paragraphs 13-18 of this Agreement.
