Compliance with Program Agreements. The Issuer shall perform and comply with each and every material obligation, covenant and agreement required to be performed or observed by it in or pursuant to this Indenture and each other Program Agreement to which it is a party and shall not take any action which would permit any party to have the right to refuse to perform any of its respective obligations under any Program Agreement.
