Common use of Compliance with Public Health Orders Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Public Health Orders. The Tenant must: 27.1.1 at all times, comply with any Public Health Order issued that is applicable to the use and occupation of the Premises and/or this Lease; and 27.1.2 comply with and follow any of the Landlord’s directions to enable the Landlord to comply with any Public Health Order.
