Public Health Orders. ‌ 22.1 In this clause 22, “Public Health Order” means an order made by the Minister for Health and Medical Research under section 7 of the Public Health Act 2010 (NSW), as amended, updated, replaced or superseded.

Public Health Orders. C. In response to the COVID-19 global health emergency, the State of California imposed restrictions on the operation of businesses and activities throughout California. Public health officials have also given strong recommendations for all persons to wear face coverings (masks) while indoors, and to take other precautions to avoid getting infected with COVID-19 or infecting others.
Public Health Orders. ‌ This clause 19 takes priority over all other clauses in this Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between this clause and any other clause of this Agreement, this clause prevails. The Charity must: (a) at all times, comply with any Public Health Order issued that is applicable to the holding of the Event; and (b) immediately comply with and follow any of the City’s directions in order for the City to comply with any Public Health Order.
Public Health Orders. Concessionaire shall follow Boulder County and State of Colorado public health requirements for public health emergencies, such as COVID-19, and additional health requirements that may arise, including without limitation attendance and capacity restrictions and any other restrictions the Town adopts and imposes, in its sole discretion.

  • Public Hearings If public hearings on the scope of work are held during the period of the Agreement, Contractor will make available to testify the personnel assigned to this Agreement. The Energy Commission will reimburse Contractor for compensation and travel of the personnel at the Agreement rates for the testimony which the Energy Commission requests.

  • Public Hearing In the course of each proceeding, the competent investigating authority shall:

  • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.

  • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Alcohol and Drugs Service Provider agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Alcohol and Drug Testing Employee agrees to comply with and submit to any Company program or policy for testing for alcohol abuse or use of drugs and, in the absence of such a program or policy, to submit to such testing as may be required by Company and administered in accordance with applicable law and regulations.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act The Employer, the Union, and the Employees recognize they are bound by the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, S.N.S. 1996, c.7, and appropriate federal acts and regulations. Any breach of these obligations may be grieved pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Governing Law, Regulatory Authority, and Rules The validity, interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement and each of its provisions shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. This Agreement is subject to all Applicable Laws and Regulations. Each Party expressly reserves the right to seek changes in, appeal, or otherwise contest any laws, orders, or regulations of a Governmental Authority.

  • Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).

  • Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract. The contractor will comply with all applicable Federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
