Common use of Compliance with State and Federal Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Compliance with State and Federal Laws and Regulations. A. The Subrecipient, its agencies or instrumentalities, Contractors, and Developers shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as policies and procedures established by the Department for the administration of the DR-MHP program, as the same may be amended from time to time B. The Subrecipient shall comply with the requirements of 24 CFR 570, the HUD regulations concerning Community Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, 0 XXX 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, Final Guidance, adopted by HUD at 2 CFR 2400, Title II of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx National Affordable Housing Act, and all federal regulations, rules, and policies issued pursuant to these regulations. The Subrecipient further agrees to utilize funds available under this Agreement to supplement rather than supplant funds otherwise available. C. The Subrecipient must maintain compliance with the Housing Element requirements detailed in Health and Safety Code (HSC) sections 50829 and 50830 for the duration of this Agreement.
