Compliance with State and Federal Laws and Regulations. A. The Grantee, its agencies or instrumentalities, and subrecipients shall comply with the policies, guidelines and requirements of OMB Uniform guidance at 2 CFR 200 the Uniform Administrative Requirements, effective July 1, 2015, as well as all state laws, regulations and Department guidelines applicable to the activities set forth in this Agreement. B. Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with all state/federal laws and regulations applicable to the CDBG-NDR Program and to the grant activities, and with any other federal provisions as set forth in the Department’s agreement with HUD.
