Compliance with State Law. In the event that Florida law is more stringent than a HIPAA standard, requirement or implementation specification, Business Associate’s and Subcontractors’ activities and obligations shall be governed by Florida law. For purposes of this paragraph, “more stringent” has the same meaning as the term “more stringent” in 45 CFR § 160.202.
