Common use of Compliance with Statutes; Agreements, etc Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Statutes; Agreements, etc. do or cause to be done, and cause each Subsidiary to do and cause to be done, all things necessary to comply with all contracts or agreements to which it, or any Subsidiary is a party, and all laws, and the rules and regulations thereunder, applicable to the Borrowers, the Guarantor or such Subsidiary, including, without limitation, those laws, rules and regulations relating to employee benefit plans and environmental matters;

Compliance with Statutes; Agreements, etc. do or cause to be done, and cause each Subsidiary to do and cause to be done, all things necessary to comply with all material contracts or agreements to which it, it or any Subsidiary is a party, and all material laws, and the rules and regulations thereunder, applicable to the Borrowers, the Guarantor Borrower or such Subsidiary, including, without limitation, those laws, rules and regulations relating to employee benefit plans and environmental matters;
