Consent Letter. On the Initial Borrowing Date, the Agent shall -------------- have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, substantially in the form of Exhibit J, indicating its consent to its appointment by each Credit Party as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 13.08 or the Subsidiaries Guaranty, as the case may be.
Consent Letter. On the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, 100 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, indicating its consent to its appointment by each Credit Party as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 10.07 of this Agreement.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, presently located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, indicating its consent to its appointment by PM Holdings, the Company and each of the Subsidiary Guarantors as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 9.8.

The Agent shall have received a letter from Corporation Service Company, with offices on the date hereof at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000-0000, substantially in the form of Exhibit J hereto, indicating its consent to its appointment by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as their agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 12.08 of this Agreement and Section 21 of the Subsidiaries Guaranty.

Consent Letter. On or prior to the Restatement Effective Date, the Agents shall have received a letter from CT Corporation System, substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto, indicating its consent to its appointment by Holdings, the Borrower, and each other Credit Party as its agent to receive service of process as specified in Section 11.1 of this Credit Agreement.
Consent Letter. All of the conditions precedent set forth in the Consent Letter shall have been satisfied in full and Lender shall have received and approved all of the fully-executed documents and instruments required pursuant to the Consent Letter.
