Common use of Compliance with Statutes; Agreements, etc Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Statutes; Agreements, etc. The Borrower is in compliance with (i) all applicable statutes, regulations, rules and orders of, and all applicable restrictions imposed by, all governmental bodies, domestic or foreign, in respect of the conduct of its business (including the origination of Finance Leases) and the ownership of its property (excluding applicable statutes, regulations, orders and restrictions relating to environmental standards and controls, which matters are covered under Section 7.15) and (ii) all contracts and agreements to which it is a party, except, in each case, such non-compliances as would not reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.

Compliance with Statutes; Agreements, etc. The Borrower and each of its Restricted Subsidiaries is in compliance with (ia) all applicable statutes, regulations, rules and orders of, and all applicable restrictions imposed by, all governmental bodies, domestic or foreign, in respect of the conduct of its business (including the origination of Finance Leases) and the ownership of its property (excluding applicable statutes, regulations, orders and restrictions relating to environmental standards and controls, which matters are covered under Section 7.157.14) and (iib) all contracts and agreements to which it is a party, except, in each case, such non-compliances noncompliance as would not reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
