Compliance with Subscriber Agreements for PacifiCare Commercial Plan. Medical Group and its Participating Providers shall comply with all requirements in Subscriber Agreements for the PacifiCare Commercial Plan which are applicable to Medical Group. PacifiCare shall make good faith efforts to notify Medical Group of any such requirements that are not otherwise reflected in this Agreement.
