Nondiscrimination. The Contractor, with regard to the work performed by it during the Contract, will not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The Contractor will not participate directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by the Acts and the Regulations, including employment practices when the Contract covers any activity, project, or program set forth in Appendix B of 49 CFR Part 21.
Nondiscrimination. The Contractor hereby agrees, warrants, and assures that no person shall be excluded from participation in, be denied benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in the performance of this Contract or in the employment practices of the Contractor on the grounds of handicap or disability, age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other classification protected by federal or state law. The Contractor shall, upon request, show proof of nondiscrimination and shall post in conspicuous places, available to all employees and applicants, notices of nondiscrimination.
Nondiscrimination. We will not discriminate against any person employed or applying for employment concerning the performance of our responsibilities under this Agreement. This discrimination prohibition will apply to all matters of initial employment, tenure, and terms of employment, or otherwise with respect to any matter directly or indirectly relating to employment concerning race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, ancestry, disability that is unrelated to the individual's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position, height, weight, marital status, or political affiliation. We will post, where appropriate, all notices related to nondiscrimination as may be required by applicable law.
Nondiscrimination. No person performing work under this Contract, including any employees or agents of the School, shall engage in any discrimination that is prohibited by any applicable federal, State, or county law, including but not limited to Sec. 378-2, HRS.
Nondiscrimination. The LPA, with regard to the work performed by it during the Contract, shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religion, disability, ancestry, or status as a veteran in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. The LPA shall not participate either directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by section 21.5 of the Regulation, including employment practices when the Contract covers a program set forth in Appendix B of the Regulations.
Nondiscrimination. The Contractor covenants and agrees that he or she shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment to be employed in the performance of the Agreement with respect to hiring, tenure, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, or any matter directly or indirectly related to employment because of age, sex, or disability (except where based on a bona fide occupational qualification); or because of marital status, race, color, religion, national origin, or ancestry.
Nondiscrimination. Consultant, with regard to the work performed by it after award and prior to completion of this Agreement, shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, age, disability, or national origin in the selection and retention of subconsultants, including procurements of materials and leases of equipment. Consultant shall not participate either directly or indirectly in the discrimination prohibited by 49 CFR 21.5, including employment practices when the agreement covers a program set forth in Appendixes A, B, and C of 49 CFR 21.
Nondiscrimination. No person performing work under this Contract, including any subcontractor, employee, or agent of the CONTRACTOR, shall engage in any discrimination that is prohibited by any applicable federal, state, or county law.
Nondiscrimination. Section 6.1 The Employer and the Union jointly agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee in any manner which would violate any applicable laws or because of race, color, sex, age, religion, political beliefs, national origin, ancestry, disability, or sexual orientation in any manner involving employment – including recruitment, advertising, appointment, promotion, layoff, compensation, benefits, training, selection for training, or any other terms, conditions or privileges of employment.
Nondiscrimination. The Contractor shall comply with Presidential Executive Order 11246 entitled, “Equal Employment Opportunity”, as amended by Presidential Executive Order 11375, and as supplemented in the Department of labor Regulations (41 CFR Part 60), the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq., the Wyoming Fair Employment Practices Act (Wyo. Stat. § 27-9-105 et seq.), the Wyoming Human Rights Act, and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975. All parties of this Contract agree that all hiring must be done on the basis of merit and qualifications. There may be no discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, political ideas, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, or national origin by the person or persons performing the Contract including, but not limited to, the prevailing wage laws.
