Common use of Compliance with System and Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance with System and Standards. (a) Franchisee agrees that conformity with all aspects of the System and the Standards is essential in order to maintain the uniform quality and guest service of Taste of Philly Restaurants and to enhance public acceptance of and demand for Taste of Philly Restaurants. Therefore, Franchisee agrees that it will comply with the Standards in all matters involving the Restaurant, and operate the Restaurant in compliance with the System, this Agreement, and the other TOP Agreements.
