Compliance with Tenements and Water Licences. All of the terms and conditions of the Tenements and Water Licences have been complied with and no event has occurred and no condition exists (or it may reasonably be anticipated by the Obligor, would exist by virtue of impending notice, lapse of time or the satisfaction of some other condition) in each case which would permit the cancellation, termination, forfeiture or suspension of any of the Tenements and Water Licences.
