Common use of Compliance with Terms of Leaseholds Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Terms of Leaseholds. Except as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, (a) make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all Leases to which any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such Leases in full force and effect, (b) not allow such Leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such Leases to be forfeited or cancelled, (c) notify the Agent of any default by any party with respect to such Leases and cooperate with the Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and (d) cause each of its Subsidiaries to do the foregoing.

Except in each case as would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, (a) make all payments and otherwise perform all obligations in respect of all Leases to which any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, keep such Leases in full force and effect, effect (b) not allow such Leases to lapse or be terminated or any rights to renew such Leases to be forfeited or cancelledcancelled except in the ordinary course of business, consistent with past practices, and (c) notify the Agent of any default by any party with respect to such Leases and cooperate with the Agent in all respects to cure any such default, and (d) cause each of its Subsidiaries to do the foregoing.
