Compliance with the Attorney General’s Obligations. To the extent Subcontractor is to carry out one or more of the Attorney General’s obligation(s) under 45 C.F.R. Part 164, Subpart E (45 C.F.R. §§164.500 – 164.534), Subcontractor must comply with the requirements of Subpart E that apply to the Attorney General in the performance of such obligation(s).
