Compliance with the Cuba Act. In accordance with the Cuba Act and without limitation to the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 hereof, the Company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each Underwriter from and against any and all loss, liability, claim, damage and expense whatsoever (including fees and disbursements of counsel), as incurred, arising out of any violation by the Company of the Cuba Act.
