Compliance with the National ITS Architecture. The recipient will ensure that CVISN Core and Expanded deployment activities, such as hardware procurement, software and system development, infrastructure modifications, etc., are consistent with the National ITS and CVISN Architectures and available standards and shall promote interoperability and efficiency to the extent practicable and required by law.
