Contract Authority. If the Resident is under the age of 18, their parents or legal guardian shall become a party to this Lease and shall sign the Lease as evidence of acceptance of all contractual responsibilities.
Contract Authority. This Agreement is entered into for Mental Health Services under the authority granted Section 116(2)(b) and (3)(e) and Section 228 of 1974 PA 258, as amended; and/or, for substance use disorder services under the authority granted by 2012 PA 500, as amended. Applicable provisions of those Acts, all rules promulgated and adopted under those Acts and applicable State and Federal laws and regulations and Administrative Rules, shall govern the expenditure of funds and provision of services. This Agreement is entered into for services under the authority granted by the MDHHS/PIHP Master Contract and the MDHHS/CMHSP Contract for General Funds.
Contract Authority. A. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the authority granted to each party hereto under the Mental Health Code; Public Health Code, and Administrative Rules.
Contract Authority. AGENT warrants that it has full and current legal authority to act and contract on behalf of the PRESENTER/CONTRACTING PARTY. AGENT warrants that it is authorized by PRESENTER/CONTRACTING PARTY to execute this contract.

If this Agreement is signed by Artist’s agent, the agent expressly warrants that he/she has full and current legal authority to act and contract on behalf of the Artist and is authorized by Artist to execute this Agreement for Artist for this engagement at the time and place specified in this Agreement.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) authorizing legislation, The Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: a Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU), Pub. L. 109-59, 119 Stat.1144 (2005), as amended by Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century, Pub. L. No. 112-141, 126 Stat. 405 (2012) granted FMCSA contract authority. Pursuant to SAFETEA-LU, Pub. L. 109-59, §4101, 119 Stat. 1144, 1725 (2005), as amended by Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century, Pub. L. No. 112-141, § 32605, 126 Stat. 405, 805-808 (2012) the Secretary of Transportation’s approval of the grant funds made available imposes a contractual obligation upon the United States for payment of the Government’s share of costs in carrying out the grant objectives.
Contract Authority. The signatures hereto represent and warrant that they have read this Agreement, that they are fully authorized in the capacities shown, that they understand the terms of this Agreement, and that they are executing the same voluntarily and upon their best judgment, and solely for the consideration described herein.
Contract Authority. CHARTER agrees that it will not extend the faith and credit of the District to any third person or entity. Charter School acknowledges and agrees that it has no authority to enter into a contract that would bind the District
Contract Authority. Only the Contracts Department has been designated to sign all agreements under the authority of the Properties and/or Adara Communities. All agreements must be FULLY executed prior to you providing a product or service. Property Managers, Regional Managers, Vice Presidents (Operations) are prohibited from signing, amending, or entering into ANY contract. Such an agreement would be a written agreement with external entities under which those entities provide the property with goods or services or the property provides them with goods or services. (II) II. Corporate approval is required PRIOR TO signing contracts with entities that provide any type of service or product. (III) Purchasing contracts (where we are paying money for a good or service) must be signed by the Contracts Department or the President of our Company ONLY. Purchasing Contracts are distinguished by the fact that you are obligating the property to pay the other party money in exchange for goods and services.(IV) Marketing Agreements, Continued Service Agreements are also governed under these guidelines. (V) Please follow through the proper channels and speak with your community of interest prior to sending contracts needing approval to Corporate. Property Managers should submit contracts for approval via their District Manager or Vice President of Operations. (VI) Outside Vendors are prohibited from marketing or sponsoring resident functions without prior expressed written consent from Adara Corporate. This is to ensure that we do not violate the terms of our current exclusive agreements. Our communities are encouraged to constantly seek better vendors by analyzing costs, using the three bid process and constantly monitoring vendor performance. We will all work together to ensure that only the most beneficial agreements are approved across the board. All individual property agreements are considered separate and apart from each other and should be treated as such; this means that one property is not responsible for the duties of another.
Contract Authority. If any terms contained in these policies differ from terms contained in this contract, this contract shall supersede.
