COMPLIANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAWS. 1.1 Client may Use the AVEVA Services only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in relation to its activities under this Agreement Client shall comply fully with all Applicable Laws of the country in which it is incorporated and registered and in which the AVEVA Services are to be Used.
