Common use of Compliance with Withdrawal Notices Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Withdrawal Notices. If the Depositary receives a duly completed Notice of Purchase Withdrawal, Notice of Final Withdrawal, Notice of Replacement Withdrawal or Notice of Event of Loss Withdrawal (each, a “Withdrawal Notice”) complying with the provisions of this Agreement, it shall make the payments specified therein in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in no event shall the Depositary be required, pursuant to any Withdrawal Notice or otherwise, to make payments hereunder on or in respect of any Deposit in excess of the amount of such Deposit together with accrued interest thereon as provided in this Agreement.
