COMPLIANCE WITH WORKER’S. SECURITY LAWS: The Contractor shall comply with all Federal and State laws governing Workers’ Compensation, Old Age Benefits, Social Security, Unemployment Compensation, etc., provided any claimed violation of this Section shall not be subject to Article VIII – Enforcement of this Agreement.
