Emergency Employment Clause Samples

The Emergency Employment clause establishes the conditions under which an employer may hire additional personnel or reassign existing staff in response to urgent or unforeseen circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the types of emergencies covered, such as natural disasters, public health crises, or sudden operational needs, and may specify the duration, roles, and compensation for such emergency employment. Its core practical function is to provide the employer with flexibility to maintain essential operations during emergencies, ensuring business continuity and rapid response to critical situations.
