Common use of Compliance with Zoning Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Zoning. The Borrowers represent and warrant that the anticipated use of each Eligible Project complies with applicable zoning ordinances, regulations and restrictive covenants affecting such Land, all use requirements of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction have been satisfied, and no violation of any law or regulation exists with respect thereto.
