Common use of Complicity Clause in Contracts

Complicity. A student shall not, through act or omission, assist another student, individual, or group in committing or attempting to commit a violation of University Housing policies. A student who has knowledge of another committing or attempting to commit a violation of the Code of Conduct or University Housing policies is required to remove themselves from the situation. Failure to do so when reasonable under the circumstances may be regarded as a violation of this policy.
