Comply with the reporting requirements. in the current Deliverables Reporting Calendar, which will be emailed to Grantee no later than thirty (30) days from the start of the Contract term and is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Contract. The Deliverables Reporting Calendar will include deadlines for all deliverables described herein, as well as submission instructions. Failure to comply with submission instructions may result in System Agency implementing a payment hold or taking such other remedy authorized under this Contract. All reports must be submitted to System Agency or its designee by 3pm Central Standard Time on the due date identified in the Deliverables Reporting Calendar and in the specified format. Reports submitted in PDF format will not be accepted. If no format is specified, Grantee must submit the information in a Word document attached to an email to System Agency.
