Comply with Withdrawal or Exclusion Requests. The School shall comply with a written request by the Agency to exclude or withdraw a Student from the Agency Facilities for any reason, within five (5) days of receipt of such notice from the Agency; provided, however, that if the School disagrees with such request, the Agency and the School agree to (a) utilize the dispute resolution process herein, and (b) require the Student to stay away from the Agency Facilities during the pendency of the dispute resolution process if deemed necessary by the Agency.
