Composite Sampling Systems. Composite sampling systems shall be installed and operated in accordance with GPA Standard 2174. The composite sampler shall be operated to collect flow-proportional samples only when there is flow through the meter. These samples shall be accumulated in and removed from single-piston cylinders with mixing capability.
