Composition of R&D Committee. The R&D Committee shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of each of Xxxxxxxx and Palomar. Each party shall designate one (1) of its representatives to be such party’s “R&D Committee Leader.” Each party shall notify the other of its initial representatives and R&D Committee Leader within ten (10) business days after the execution of this Agreement.
