Common use of Composition of the Departmental Clause in Contracts

Composition of the Departmental. Program Personnel Committee III.8.5.1 Departmental/Program Personnel Committees shall be elected annually by and amongst members of the department/program committee. Consideration should be paid to representation of designated groups as defined by Employment Equity legislation.
