Composition Services. This Appendix expressly incorporates by reference and is subject to the Agreement. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all terms, covenants and conditions described in the Agreement are incorporated herein by reference as if the same had been described herein in full. In the event of a conflict between the terms set forth in this Appendix and the Agreement, the terms of this Appendix shall govern.
