Common use of Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance. The Comprehensive Automobile Liability policy shall cover owned, non-owned and hired vehicles and/or buses for the approved transport of children with minimum limits as follows: i. Bodily Injury Liability: $2,000,000.00 each occurrence; ii. Property Damage Liability: $2,000,000.00 each occurrence; and iii. The above required Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance shall name the State of New Jersey as an additional insured. The above required Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance shall also name the District as an additional insured. The Provider shall equip any vehicle and/or bus used in the transportation of children with "children's seats."
