Bodily Injury. Bodily injury means death, disease, illness, physical and mental injury of or to an individual.

Bodily Injury a. to any employee of the insured arising out of and in the course of his/her employment by the insured for which the insured may be liable as an employer or in any other capacity; b. sustained by a spouse, child, parent, or sibling of an employee of the insured as a consequence of bodily injury to such employee arising out of and in the course of his/her employment by the insured; or c. resulting from any obligation of the insured to indemnify or contribute with another because of damages arising out of such injury. This exclusion applies to all claims and suits by any person or organization for damages because of bodily injury including damages for care and loss of services. This exclusion DOES NOT APPLY to liability assumed by the insured under an insured contract;
