Common use of Comprehensive General Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive General. Liability Insurance The minimum limits of liability for this insurance shall be as follows: Bodily Injury Liability Each Occurrence Aggregate $1,000,000 $2,000,000 Property Damage Liability Each Occurrence Aggregate $1,000,000 $2,000,000 The above required Comprehensive General Liability Insurance shall name the STATE as an additional insured. The coverage to be provided under this policy shall be at least as broad as the standard, basic un-amended and unendorsed comprehensive general liability policy and shall include contractual liability coverage. The aggregate limits may be increased by the STATE, in its sole discretion, in order to provide adequate protection to the STATE.
