Comprehensive Project Management. The 2015 Committee shall plan, organize and provide comprehensive project management of the Celebration. The scope of responsibilities shall be those necessary to the successful management of the Celebration and its related events and activities including but not limited to all of the following.
Comprehensive Project Management. The project will feature two project managers working together to support the overall project. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has direct experience with TCCHC and extended relationships in the community that will prove vital to the project. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has broad experience across the spectrum of planning and program delivery related to the project, including a strong focus toward equity and inclusion, which will be central to every part of the project.
