Comprehensive Strategic Plan Sample Clauses

The Comprehensive Strategic Plan clause requires the parties to develop and maintain a detailed, long-term plan outlining the objectives, strategies, and actions necessary to achieve the goals of their agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the timeline for creating the plan, the parties' responsibilities in contributing to its content, and the process for reviewing and updating the plan as circumstances change. Comprehensive Strategic Plan. As per the Agreement’s Scope of Work, the Community Advisory Board (CAB) is to develop and improve their Comprehensive Strategic Plan at least annually. A copy of the plan is to be forwarded to the Agency’s Grant Manager. Included as part of this strategic plan, or in a separate document, the CAB is to maintain a plan for sustainability of the programs/services implemented by the CAB. A copy of which must be submitted to the Agency.
