Plan Requirements. Office check plans shall include traffic signalization details, traffic signing details, pavement marking details, incidental drainage, construction phasing details (when applicable), construction traffic control details, and all other necessary construction de- tails required for the PROJECT. Landlord’s approval of the plans, drawings, specifications or other submissions in respect of any work, addition, alteration or improvement to be undertaken by or on behalf of Tenant shall create no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design sufficiency or compliance with requirements of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, board or authority.

Product cuts (where reasonably requested by Xxxxxxxx) must be provided and special mechanical or electrical loads noted. Xxxxxxxx’s approval of the plans, drawings, specifications or other submissions in respect of any work, addition, alteration or improvement to be undertaken by or on behalf of Tenant shall create no liability or responsibility on the part of Landlord for their completeness, design sufficiency or compliance with requirements of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of any governmental or quasi-governmental agency, board or authority. Tenant shall provide a full set of as-builts upon final completion of construction of each applicable Phase Premises.

At all times on or prior to the Closing, each Benefit Plan, to the extent such Benefit Plan is intended to be tax-qualified, satisfies in all material respects all minimum coverage, minimum participation and non-discrimination requirements, if any, imposed on such Benefit Plan by the applicable terms of the Code and ERISA.

Plan Requirements. At retirement, as per Article XXX, Section G of the contract, all eligible members of this contract may deposit unused accumulated sick days (as per the approved rate) and eligible unused vacation days into an employee account in an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) approved 403B plan.
