COMPULSORY ENROLLMENT. (A) Notwithstanding the above, regular employees joining the bargaining unit after April 1, 1973, shall be enrolled in the Group Life Insurance Plan introduced into the Company effective June 1, 1973. Additionally, all regular employees whose service predates June 1, 1973, and who have not already done so, will have the opportunity to enrol in this new plan, providing they produce satisfactory medical evidence of insurability acceptable to the Insurance Underwriter(s). (B) It is further agreed that the Long-Term Salary Continuance Insurance Plan effective June 1, 1973, for all regular employees will replace the disability provisions provided under Group Insurance Plans of predecessor companies.
