Computation of Unpaid Principal Balance. (a) For purposes of computing the amount of interest payable on the Loan, the outstanding principal amount of the Loan shall not be reduced by the amount of any funds collected by the Agent or the Borrower until such funds are received by Lender as good, collected funds and applied to the Loan.
